How to Use Nature's Way Herbal Aromatherapy Packs

In the microwave: Heat in microwave for 1 to 3 minutes. (Lighter weight products require less heating time. Eye pillows and Peppermint Packs will require only about 15 to 30 seconds). If microwave does not have a turn table, flip herbal pack over 1/2 way through heating to avoid burning.

For a moister heat: mist with water before heating. Misting also increases life of the herbs by preserving freshness. When reheating, if Herb Pack is still warm, heat only for 1 to 2 minutes to prevent overheating.

Heat lasts for approximately 45 minutes. Heating for more than 3 minutes at once could result in overheating or burning. If pack seems too hot, let it cool prior to use.
Customers with pre-existing conditions (ie: diabetes) should consult a physician prior to use.

HP108 Hand and Wrist Pack:	Heat 1-2 minutes
HP110 Herbal Shoulder Wrap:	Heat 2-3 minutes
HP117 Herbal Slippers - Booties:	Heat 1-2 minutes

Warning: Do not overheat. Overheating may cause burns and will destroy the herbal contents. After heating, do not leave unattended or around children.

Remember that all microwave wattages are not the same. If you are not sure how long to heat your herb pack, less time is better, until you are sure.

For a Cold Pack:
Place in a plastic bag and place in freezer for 1-2 hours. Pack will stay cold for up to 45 minutes!

To preserve freshness of the Herbal Pack:
Store in the enclosed resealable plastic bag in a cool location, fridge or freezer.

To Clean:
Wipe with damp cloth, lay flat to dry.
