method of full inversion.
Bar offers a full body stretch and is a great tool for inverted exercises
(like crunches, sit-ups and squats). In fact, full range inverted
sit-ups are ten times tougher than horizontal sit-ups, with minimal
load on the back. The Bar is also ideal for chin-ups.
Bar installs in a door frame, but does not interfere with the function
of the door. (Note: must be installed in a solid wood doorframe constructed
according to national building code standards). The Bar takes up no
floor space, which is ideal for cramped living quarters. Some assembly
